While the FCC is investigating her recent NBC special show after receiving three complaints for her inappropriate performance on live tv, being pornographic in images, and incorrect rating,Miley Cyrus stays borderline and keeps shocking people.
The twerking star recently had a meet and greets in NYC and showed them she likes to be up close and personal with her fans. One of Miley's superfans David was given the chance to kiss and grope her for photos! David said he wanted Miley to be "his first and last kiss with a girl" and Miley replied it would be “her first and last kiss with a boy.”
But the frisky photo shoot came with a cost and David had to pay $995 for him to immortalize his moment with the star.
